If words are the spirit, then the image is the skin. My intention through image direction is to root the care of that skin: the journey of cleansing, nurturing, and protecting a vision until it is ready to be seen.
There is a specific, unmatched pride in seeing a concept born in the mind translate onto paper. I value the tactile reality of the frame; I believe in imagery that doesn't just reflect a moment, but gives it a physical yet human presence.
